AdventStayBnB™ connects value-driven hosts and peace-loving guests in a simple, transparent way. Here is how the platform works for both sides.

For Guests

  1. Search for a stay by location, dates, or map.
  2. Review the home description, photos, house rules, and host profile.
  3. Request or confirm your booking and communicate politely with the host.
  4. Pay securely using the available payment method.
  5. Stay with respect, follow the house rules, and leave a review afterwards.

For Hosts

  1. List your property with honest photos, clear details, and fair pricing.
  2. Review guest requests and communicate clearly about expectations.
  3. Confirm bookings and prepare your home to be clean and welcoming.
  4. Receive payments after bookings, minus the 10% administration fee.
  5. Optionally donate up to 10% of your income to a charitable cause.

Fees & Charity

AdventStayBnB™ charges a 10% administration fee per booking to support:

  • Platform development and maintenance
  • Verification and security
  • Communication and customer support

Hosts may also voluntarily contribute up to 10% of their income to a charitable work chosen by their guest. This is completely optional and faith-driven.

Safety & Trust

  • Listings are reviewed before they go live.
  • Honesty in photos and descriptions is required.
  • Feedback and ratings help keep the community accountable.
  • Repeated abuse, cheating, or disrespect can lead to suspension or removal.
