My journey begins in Gongali Village, a humble place where God planted a vision long before I understood its purpose. Growing up without privilege – but surrounded by faith and community – prepared me for a mission that would later reach nations through clean water, innovation and now AdventStayBnB®.

This story reminds us that great purpose often starts in small, seemingly hidden places. Your roots do not limit you – they prepare you.

During Creation Sabbath at Bethel SDA Church in Accra (October 2025), I experienced powerful worship, strong family life and vibrant youth ministry. It was a living reminder that God’s church is truly global – one body, many cultures.

This visit helped shape the conviction that Christian homes and churches around the world could offer hospitality and connection to travellers, missionaries and families seeking more than just a bed – they seek fellowship and purpose.

In Belém, Brazil, during COP30, I found myself stranded at night with no affordable accommodation. A local pastor, his wife and a kind translator responded at 3:00 a.m., welcomed me and took me to a loving Christian home.

Their hospitality, worship and kindness were a living sermon. In that environment, the Holy Spirit impressed a clear idea on my heart: what if Adventist and Christian homes worldwide could open their doors in a similar, organized and safe way? From that question, the vision for AdventStayBnB® was born.

This journey reflects the beautiful intersection of mission, community work and travel. Whether speaking, training or visiting local projects, the experience in Livingstone confirmed that hospitality and ministry are deeply connected.

Wherever we travel, we have the opportunity to leave footprints of faith, encouragement and practical support.
